Our collaborator is one of the biggest event organization in their field in Europe. They are organizing different events in more than 20 countries around the world! Each year they have more than 50 million visitors on their websites and over 350,000 clients.
They have as well their own online magazine, which is number one in the field of event management, providing fashion ideas and recommendations to plan the event of your dreams!
They are looking for a student, a native German speaker, who will take care of the
requests of couples and expands the database of their clients, with the support of their
- Full time: From Monday to Thursday, 09:00-18:30. Friday, 08:00-14:00.
- Working environment in a young, dynamic and multicultural team.
Minimum 4 months
Excellent web skills
Experience in customer service or with customer-oriented tasks
Easy handling of telephone customer service
- Management of client inquiries by e-mail, telephone or online chat. This includes all
areas related to wedding websites and gift lists.
- The entire activation process and the daily control of the wedding websites and gift
- Availability and general support for customer inquiries and concerns
- Support of the BackOffice of the online platform
- Remuneration: minimum 500€/monthly.
