Our collaborator is one of the leading lighting brands in Spain located in Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid. They are currently searching for a Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to the sales team and help to improve efficiency and sales volumes. You will work as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries.
The company works with the largest retailers and a variety of online pure players. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in B2B sales throughout different channels. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent level in German.
Intermediate level in English and Spanish.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
Basic administration skills.
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
Reach out to a new strategic customer.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Communicate with clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries.
Customize/build product data-bases.
Check data accuracy in offers and orders.
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
